As her junior Independent Work project, Gina Arnau ('26) experimented with reoptimizing our 1U CubeSat structure design for 3D-printability in Ultimaker's PET-CF (carbon fiber) filament (on our Ultimaker S3) as well as in CRP Technology's flight-qualified Windform XT SLS powder stock.  She also experimented with 3D printing in sinterable 17-4 PH stainless steel using Ultimaker's Metal Expansion kit (although we have not yet implemented 17-4 SS as a full CubeSat structure yet).
